On his résumé, David described himself as a “rara avis”. He designed digital and printed newspapers as a journalist before becoming a consultant. After completing an MBA at IE Business School, he travelled all over Morocco carrying Coca-Cola cases in between working for Globalpraxis and helping SABMiller increase sales in Poland, among other projects. Later on, he took on the brand strategy world and started working for BBDO Consulting, the consulting division of this renowned creative agency, where he worked for clients such as Telefonica or Galp Energia. He joined Lantern to provide, aside from his culinary tips and tricks, his capacity for analysis, expertise in project management, and knowledge of innovation and new business. Lantern’s most ‘seasoned’ foodie is also founder of the recipe application Muminai and an Expert in Gastronomy from Madrid’s Universidad Complutense.
