Born and raised in Mexico, Regina's journey has taken her around the world, driven by her love of problem solving and strategy. After graduating with a degree in Chemical Engineering, she spent several years working in Costa Rica, Ecuador and Peru, leading projects focused on improving operational efficiency in various industries, with clients such as AVIS Rental Car and Walmart. Her love for strategy and innovation led her to pursue an MBA at IE Business School, where she co-founded a food tech startup. After her MBA, Regina specialized in pharmaceutical strategy and patient-centric solutions, working with global healthcare companies to optimize their market access and growth strategies. Now based in Madrid, Regina continues to help companies navigate new market landscapes, always driven by her passion for innovation and fresh perspectives.
