From Bilbao, Teresa finished her bilingual studies in French and went to New Jersey on scholarship for her Senior Year where she was able to satisfy her curiosity for American culture. Upon her return to Spain, she studied at the Basque Culinary Center where she was trained in gastronomy, her passion. Her studies allowed her to learn about the hospitality and food industry in a transversal way, encouraging her to work in restaurants, in the brewery of her city, La Salve, and in consulting, landing at Lantern, where she become involved in innovation, design thinking and developed a taste for illuminating the future. Curious and creative, every day is a new challenge and an opportunity to learn, contribute and share.
